In real life, Ruby (Ten Ping) met Paul in 1979.
Paul worked in his dad's business, specializing in fiber for wigs.
Ruby approached him for a quote and a beautiful love story began.
Two years later, they started their own wig factory to manufacture wigs and, by extension, doll wigs. Ruby's miraculous journey into the world of dolls began here!
