We strongly recommend that you reserve the Lucia doll by ordering it directly on the website.
Given the limited nature of this young lady and our commitments with RubyRed, full payment is required to confirm your reservation (via Paypal, credit card, check or bank transfer).

However, if you wish to pay Lucia in installments (for France only) , we offer:

• payment by Paypal in 4 installments without fees (via your Paypal account) to be validated when you order
• payment by Alma in 3 or 4 installments when you make your purchase (payment in October, November and December via your credit card)
• Payment by check : a 50% check cashable immediately and a 50% check cashable in December ( only possible in 2 x - Checks to be sent to us immediately to confirm the reservation). Thank you for your understanding.

Following the introduction of customs duties imposed by the Trump administration on all products originating from the European Union, our shop continues to ship our products to the United States.
From now on, US customs duties must be paid for any item coming from France and shipped out by our shop.
You therefore will have to pay tariffs (15% calculated on the total value of the invoice) when your parcel arrives in the United States (collected by the shipper).

- We reserve the right to change the number of copies for this Exclusive Limited Edition during the pre-order period.
- The delivery time of the doll in France announced is only an estimate . We depend on the production and manufacturing of the doll in Rubyred factories and we are therefore not responsible for any delays that may occur. Such delays do not constitute a reason for cancellation of the order, which, as explained above, is not possible once the order has been validated on the site.
